I am a perpetual student. As I get older, I realize that there is potential to learn from anyone anywhere, you just have to be proactive in your search. I am a resource. I like to share what I've learned with others. I like to have meaningful conversations, I'm not big on banter. I'm dedicated. I am mindful. I will find purpose in the smallest task. I am curious. I like to go down the rabbit hole when I learn something. I connect the dots. I try to find a connection between everything I've experienced. I am an active listener. I know that conversations are two-way, not only for one person to carry. I listen and drill down into the conversation for more substance. People like to talk about themselves, asking for more details, means they are being heard.
