Common Question but I feel as if this is your opportunity to shine. Like me, I feel theres always someone that has more experience with a previous job description as the one we’re both applying for. So I feel you should take the skills that you learned from previous experience and see how they can be applied for the new job or career. I believe personality traits play a big part too. In my opinion, I always felt that a company would take a candidate who had a small amount of experience and a great personality over a candidate who has 20 years of experience and an “ok” personality/attitude. Try to keep that in mind so you won’t get discouraged and use this question to make a great first impression and to stand out a little more then the next candidate.
