I gave the recruiter a clear example of how I sold a consumption/credit based tool in the machine learning space. She either wasn't listening, or didn't understand, because she told me "the fact that you haven't sold consumption based tools is a little bit of a blocker" - either she didn't understand that there really isn't anything that different from selling SaaS consumption vs API call consumption or she wasn't listening. But overall, really bad first impression.
