The technical test leaves the technical requirements mostly undefined, which you would think that there is freedom to choose the technology you want to add those features. If you choose a technology the reviewers are unfamiliar with, this won't end up positively, even if you have no idea what they are familiar with. The 4-hour limitation is just a facade. You won’t be successful if you don't fully complete the features requested.
