Over the last 9 years, fostering an environment that build trust with families, staff, and children has been established. Some of my assignments included positive communication with parents, agencies, educators, vendors, accountants, and NC State consultants. Keeping inventory to ensure the center had adequate supplies were another part of the daily operations, Addressing vendors questions and concerns, enabled the company to serve our families with our upmost. Scheduling and facilitating staff meetings allowed me to address problems, and concerns early, and build others up with encouragement , Communication included, emails, phone calls, and faxes. Making financial transactions such as bank deposits, withdrawals, and collecting parent fees guided me with an financial overview. Overseeing daily operations allowed me to reinforce support to the Director of the center, Human Resources, and the CEO.
