Something about solving problems... Can't remember the exact question

Getting from point A to point B, focus on the outcome, not the process, the road to get there isn't important as long as you get the desired outcome. *not what I said but a helpful tip* half the battle in an interview is making a connection with your recruiter. If you can find common ground and feed off of each other's energy, there's a great chance you will get the job. My recruiter had a great positive energy that I fed off of, and we were able to establish a relationship based on our knowledge and love of inspirational quotes and a positive mental attitude. And that's what he was looking for in a sales associate, therefore, I got the job. "People won't remember what you said, but they'll always remember how you made them feel." Make your recruiter feel comfortable, make them laugh if you can, stand out, and express why they need you on their team.
