Solid works and auto experience?

Solid Works is a bit overpowered for a company making mezzanines and control panels. Anyone willing to go that complex for a Mezzanine......I would be weary about. Just my 2 cents. Seems like quite a bit of a work around for something that simple. Could possibly see a lot of "cookie cutter" designs if Solid Works is the software of choice. In that event, you would be looked at as trying to reinvent the wheel if you truly want to Engineer things. Solid Works and AutoCAD don't even play nicely together. I'd caution you on the world you are about to enter.
