Online Qs, call HR to organise interview, go to instore one on one interview. Wore smart trousers and blazer and black shoes. Very friendly and helpful interview. Go through right to work in UK etc (passport), 4 questions(below), then had to look at 3 photos of scenarios in shop and talk about it. They said i will hear within a week.
Very good, did not ask anything very hard. Most was focused around future goals rather than about the job itself. Minima preparation needed provided you don’t answer anything in a stupid way.

Fairly straight forward process, standard interview type questions, about how you would deal with certain scenarios and different customers. Had to talk a bit how my experience aligns with the role.

What would you do if a customer complained about service?
Very straightforward, not too much hassle, standard interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary, such as previous experience, how you deal with team work and confrontation. Would highly recommend it
