This is a scheduled telephonic HR interview. You should explain everything about yourself professional and as well as about your personal. You may have to answer a lot about your personal than what you are in professional life. Since many people who have been interviewed before have rejected the offer granted or broken their commitment, they are very keen in asking hell lot questions related to this situation. May be you need some patience to answer for a repetition/repitive questions.You may put in some situation that you couldn't able to answer ,a hypothetical mean. You should be well prepared for answering about your goodness and weakness. Few questions related to offer expectation, reason about quieting, short term goal ,long term goal, your futuristic view on post 8 years, why haven't get good increment in present company, about another offer which you may holding. You are also allowed to ask questions regarding company, and its policies. Upon your offer expectation, they will ask for a negotiation. But the same is not allowed vice versa. You are not allowed to request any negotiation on the proposed offer. As such, you may forced to reply for the mail ,a confirmation about your acceptance is highly required as soon you saw the mail. You may feel as there is no dignity and professionalism. Post completion of all, a week later you ill get a call from HR where your offer breakdown will be explained leaving your monthly breakdown behind. After a verbal confirmation, your offer will be posted. You are not allowed to ask at this point what if you say no verbally. And whatever you have missed to ask there in the call its a bonus points for them. After all again a week later,if you ask they will pretend to act like the offer has been already dispatched. You should be prepared to face how a post sale/services of eCommerce goes in India.It may be rare but you will face this for sure with HR/Agency/site head. These people are not associated anyway to Leica biosystem. At the end have got an decent offer and that doesn't attains my expectation. The biggest mistake have done is I have replied for requesting a offer expectation. Reason I will explain below. We developers have been into a normal day to day life. End of the day we will be satisfied by having done with the assigned task. Our cycle of process moves like that. These people have come across hell lot people day to day so they are trained like anything to complete their desire things through their verbal tactics.So I believe we shouldn't be taking to the people who are not being human and disgrace to humanity/Professionalism. Finally I rejected the offer. In favour of what made a HR/Agency/a site head to make the situation worse. Question comes here is commission wages playing a vital role between them. Why they have choosen linkedin as a stream if they are really stick to commission wages strategy. So be safe, have a crystal clear discussion. In case if you come across the same situation post round three be bold enough to reject the offer if it doesn't attains your expectation.The company doesn't have any legal entity within India. There is another company which is offers all its association for this but both are stick to their parent Danaher.
