The recruiter was great! The interview with the hiring manager was less stellar. We did a Zoom tech test, and I think they’ll lose qualified candidates who think thru problems differently (for instance, people who don’t think out loud and need to actually work thru the code/data/aren’t rote memorizers) Very nice, but broaden your own thoughts on interviewing (made the company feel old school).
