A: Eskom is a state power utility, it was established in 1923 under the electricity act of 1922. It has five power stations, Medupi and Matimba power stations in Lephalale, kusile power station in Witbank, Kendal and Koeberg power stations in western cape. I think Koeberg is the only nuclear power stations in Africa. The Chairman and CEO of Eskom is Malegapuru Makgoba and Andre DE Ruyter, respectively.
