Applied for the job online and received a response within a week asking for a phone interview. Had a phone interview that went well and then was scheduled for a face-to-face interview a week later. The F2F went well, it was 45 mins of dialogue with a Trainer and a Manager. I had to give a presentation of a defining moment in my past role. All in all, I felt it was a good interview. I was advised that I would receive a follow-up within two weeks. I politely sent a thank you for the interview the following day. Two weeks after the interview, I sent a follow-up email checking on the status of my application...offering to assist with any concerns. No response. It has now been over three weeks and nothing. I appreciate the fact that this is a large organization. However, please have some respect for the process and remember what it was like to be on this end. If you aren’t interested, let candidates know sooner than later so they can move on. Your loss.
