The instructions were to take client information and prepare a call in any scenario you saw fit. What they actually want you to do is only present the call as an information gathering session as if you didn’t know the client at all. Do not be fooled by the lack of direction. They are looking for one specific viewpoint and expect you to read their mind instead of showing any other skills. It’s a very disrespectful waste of time.
