I appreciated this question because it gave me the chance to share my motivation. I explained that as a new immigrant with over 17 years of experience in banking and financial services, I’m now working to transition into the tech industry, especially data, business, and Financial analysis. I’m interested in the Tech Fundamentals program because it offers hands-on training, mentorship, and industry certifications that align perfectly with my career goals. I shared that my goal is to build a solid foundation in IT and gain the technical skills needed to succeed in a U.S. tech environment. From this program, I hope to not only strengthen my technical knowledge but also grow my professional network and gain confidence in a new industry. I’m excited about the opportunity to start a meaningful and sustainable career through NPower’s support.
