It would have been nice to hear directly from the employer as to what could have been the cause for them to not select despite the fact that I felt I had one of the best interviews... The recruiter always acts as a middle-person and I find that they are NOT equipped to give the candidate the right perspective that could help the interviewee, some fodder to improve him/herself!
