I believe it only took a few days for them to schedule the in-person interview. Don't feel slighted if it doesn't happen quickly, these are government contracts and tend to follow the government process of being very slow.

5 months for me. 4 - 7 months is a normal range after talking to colleagues.

Depends on the department and level of clearance. They've been accepting people with interim clearances now and that has typically after 4-5 months from the people I spoke with.
