I am very big on accountability, and a team member who doesn’t take responsibility for their actions hurts the team and ruins the fabric of the team. None of us are perfect and when we accept responsibility, it allows for open communication and growth among the team members. No one is ashamed to ask for help and no one has to worry about being left behind, we all support each other.
