We had to install a new water line for a Sears customer in Washington, NC, and the old line was not long enough to reach the water outlet on the back of the Kenmore. Using the tool kit we were able to splice a new line to make the connection by inserting the pieces for the line on twice and connecting it with two new lines..one plastic with the insert and one copper line from the water source to the refrigerator. Out service team completed this connection as part of the Sears Delivery team for the Greenville, NC store.
