The coding challenge seemed like a great concept until you're asked to spend up to 4 hours of your personal time coding and recreating a component with very vague details. Had missing styles, fonts etc and turns out one key aspect they judge you on isn't even documented. Considering I was not offered a role, no initial feedback was provided and had to be requested - quite shocking really for a brand like Clearscore.
