I know all those answers, so without any hesitation I answered those questions, and those things which I didn't know, simply answered as "Sorry, I could not remember right know but I answer this question after the interview." The main thing they want in you is how you can handle the situation. So be confident at the time of answering, if you think your answer is correct/valid.
