How would you handle a unhappy customer?

I would firstly probe and find out why the customer is unhappy. Listen attentively and then offer a solution immediately or I would advice the customer that the matter will be investigated and give the customer daily feedback .

I simply explained that I would calm, cool, and collective and offer a problem solving solution.
