How to help out and prioritize multiple customers?

I would handle such situation by asking my self a question that "what would be my expectations if I am those customers?" Both customers are equally important and while I would help out one of them, at ghe same time, I would use help of one of teammates or store leadership to make sure second customer also beeen served fairly and with equal urgency, and both customers leave with positive and pleasant experience with my team's services offered to them.
