be a good listener, listening to a difficult cistomer calms them down and makes them feel wanted and treasured. apologise to the customer for whatever peoblem or inconsistency they encountered with your services and note down the complaints they have then promise to work on them and give them feedback on what has been concluded on. this will make the customer feel valuable and considered part of your organization, its also another way to customer retention.
