How quickly do you answer tickets?

4 hours - apparently they wanted 4 minutes, which is fine but I am used to working with thousands of tickets that are complex and require indepth troubleshooting; their answers seemed to mostly deal with cancellations on one ticket replys. If you like sales forward Support you will probably like working there!
