Not sure what they want. The Recruitment Manger gave me a clear figure of 30 monthly hiring number but the team gave me another number which was 200 hiring per month per client and i will be handling 8 clients and she asked me to do the maths. The recruitment coordinator kept smilling when i was talking as if I am making a joke. It seems she kept on chatting with other interview member while i was in the interview call and could felt that both of them are involved in chat.
