Before start delail engineering generally we follow the below steps:- 1. Complete Internal KIck of Meeting (IKOM) with Sales team after getting the order. 2. Then organise Kick of meeting with Customer (CKOM). 3. Make project team for engineer, Sr. Engineer cum lead engineer with respect to the project volume talking with senior executive. 4. Select & load the individual job responsibility categorically hardware & software to the respective project team members.
