How do you resolve issues with your co-workers and/or difficult customers?

I am not a difficult person to get along with and I always resolve issues as quickly as they arise. Communication is very important, so everyone knows exactly what is expected of them. We are in business because of the customers so this is a no-brainer. You do what you have to, to keep the customer happy, within the means and the rules of the company. None of the questions were really difficult for me, as I have worked in Customer Service for years. If you keep your employees happy, they will produce great work for you...which means..happy employers=happy customers, which equals customers returning to your store again.
