How do you handle a difficult customer?

There will always be difficult customers but we all have to remember that the customer is always right. We must do what keeps them happy with the service and if it is something we don’t have control over we should call the manager as quick as possible to let them handle the situation.

Help them as best as you can. Don't get discouraged if it's getting hard. Keep calm and don't get angry at them
