I love it! Working with many different personalities makes you a stronger individual communicator and worker. Moreover, it allows you to practice organizational skills to make sure all priorities and deadlines are met in an equitable fashion. My go-to mantra is that it does not matter how fast I, personally, can get across the finish line, but whether or not my team can get there together.
