I thought this was a strange question, so I laughed, gave examples of Type-A personalities I encountered at my previous job and asked them if they had some bad apples there. Both the supervisor and cop agreed that they did have some "strong personalities" in dispatch. I was hired and wish they would have stressed just how bad those apples were in the interview, because I wouldn't have wasted time there knowing what I know now. (This applies only to the Communications Technician/Dispatcher position. The Police Officers and Records personnel were all very professional.)
