* I would set an agenda based on the current phase of the program. I will walk through the previous week's action items and take updated. * Will review the current status from each functional representative. * Will bring up metrics that we have to track progress of work on feature development, bug fixing, test case execution, quality level etc. * Discuss risks * Discuss dependencies * Let participants of the meeting to share any other important things that other members should know.
