1. Incentivize sales / acct mgrs to compete for most opportunies won, most new prospsctive accts added, tie sales contests into sfdc, etc. 2. You must utilize the forecasting tool in sfdc. In fact, sfdc should be the primary source of sales figures for upper management. There's a saying "if its not in sfdc it didnt happen" its true you must tie sfdc to the team's revenue and pay to truly facilitate adoption.
