Pros- Easy work, great co-workers, decent pay starting out, definitely a stepping stone company until you find what you really want to do, room for advancement, tons of overtime offered, plenty of ways to build resume as far as customer service, reliable, hard to get fired, great health/dental benefits, work from home after 90 days with good scores Cons- Not a very good training, carless management that shows favoritism, This company is good for training people on tons of departments without a raise, seems like they just hire anybody, not very professional, can be unorganized often
