For me I have years of experience on the front lines of a plasma center BMT, and experience leading BMTs.  I gave quantified examples of the progress my team made towards goals given to me by my superiors. I have references who can vouch I will alwase come in early or stay later when necessary and as a single female who just graduated college my schedule is very flexible.
