As per me, Tried to put all my hard work during the interview. After fourth round they said, the result is positive you can leave for the day. It took almost whole day, I had to take leave from Office. Before fourth round they scheduled call in next week and suddenly one more technical round is added before the final round. It was back to back 2 hr call setup. Details were shared, but before the call the HR was not so much concerned about the scheduled call with panel. neither after the call (how was the discussion with US people) After all six rounds, you will get to know from the consultancy that "The Result is negative". Very Demotivating experience. As per them they wanted to fill the positions very soon but the process will take 2 - 3 weeks. 1 Written, 3 Face to face and 2 Telephonic, and after the all the process. (Negative Experience) If they were not okay with the expected package then they should have not scheduled the interviews.
