Our entire facility had low moral. I spoke with my Marketing Manager (I was the Marketing Supervisor), and I implemented a whole Employee of the Month program and a monthly facility news letter where employees could answer a few game questions to win 4 hrs of paid time off for answering all of the questions correctly and submitting the answers by 3 pm the following day so that all shifts had an equal chance to win since we were open 24hrs a day.
