In my tenure at my previous job I functioned as a manager for up to 50 people on a day to day basis as a Training Manager. These were new hires in a two week training process. I was part of our vetting team which had final say on job offers, and a part of out review team which extended promotions and carried out terminations. In managing traininees using ALT principles the majority of the time was spent performing the task they were hired for, not in a classroom. In managing them I had to manage the percentage of work they did in relation to all other departments to decrease the impact on company wide KPI's on a campaign basis. I have extensive management experience.
