The problem with the live coding experience is that it is the size of a take home assignment in 1 hour. Obviously, it cannot be completed properly (good on you if you can). I rushed through some of the steps steps, sketched out some designs and still I might have got maybe a third of that completed. Still, the questions i was asked were about some small details about the code, which i found confusing, since obviously most of the code was not complete. In my mind they have to figure out wheter they want a design interview ( small to no code ) or a take home asssessment. Like this, it's confusing.
