A classical approach to a sale. I have leads or old customers, i call leads and ask for a meeting if they have a storage need or simply an intro to a new solution. Usually i bring brochures or little presentation just to leave a reminder. After meeting customer is ready to buy something that i helped him to focus on. i Send an offer, then i recall to understand if the offer is appropriate and price is in thei budget. If all is ok i close the order, send an hard copy to production, and a copy to technician.
