One of our customers came in and had a specific item in mind to purchase but all of our stores were sold out. So I took it upon myself to go out of my way and check online first ,but it wasn’t available there either!! I didn’t want to do it ,but I was able to find the product she needed and really wanted on line me At Amazon,. Price was lower than ours and the customer was so happy that I was able to assist beyond our inventory and satisfy the customer!!! After that she has forever been one of my loyal customers that still come thru,18yrs later❤️ going the extra one percent makes a world of a difference when you trying to build clientele.
