Entretien avec un manager (plutôt bien passé)
Entretiens avec un manager puis une autre manager qui m’ont donné l’impression qu’ils étaient là pour prouver quelque chose (visiblement que je ne convenais pas au poste), ce qui était très pesant…

Décrire exactement ce que vous avez fait dans vos précédentes missions
Quels sont les livrables remis au client par votre ex entreprise (puis il se moque des livrables et de l’entreprise, pourtant on avait utilisé les modèles DS )
Comment faire une démo à un client (idem dénigrement alors que j’ai suivi la procédure de DS)
Pourquoi n’avez vous pas rejoint DS auparavant (poser plusieurs fois de suite)
Pourquoi voulez vous rejoindre DS (poser 10 fois)
Est-ce que vous avez du leadership ? Donner un exemple ? (Mais non le poste n’a rien de leadership c’était juste une question d’après la manager)

This question can reveal the candidate's motivations and ambitions, as well as their potential for growth within the company.
