I gave a sense of how I answered it. I had to write pseudocode (pretty much C#, but he wasn't worried if it wasn't 100% compilable) on the whiteboard for the algorithm. Also, he then asked me to show how I'd adjust to a couple of requirement changes, each of which required modifying the algorithm.
