Mentioned how I used to work with my Student's Union to drive students home after events, which obviously contained periods of intense stress and high workloads (when the venue closed and everyone goes home). Cracked a joke about being efficient as I never 'lost a drunk student', which went down well. I was later told this really made them notice me and they thought I'd fit in with the team.
