Angenehmes Erstgespräch, aber fehlende Transparenz beim Budget, Es ist Zeitverschwendung. Der 'Vibe' ist nett, aber Bewerber sollten das Gehaltsbudget zwingend ganz am Anfang klären, bevor sie Zeit in den Prozess investieren.

Erzählen Sie von einer Situation, in der eine technische Einführung (Rollout) schiefging. Wie sind Sie damit umgegangen?
30-minute online screening call with the HR manager, followed by a 50-minute interview with the hiring manager. The conversations were friendly and informal, but the process was hampered by scheduling difficulties and ultimately stretched over four weeks, with considerable idle time on their side — followed by another four weeks of complete silence and a subsequent ‘nopology' via email.

Entrevista
The interview included many typical questions about my background, career motivation, and future goals. There was nothing extraordinary or surprising in the discussion, though the HR briefing on the company was far too lengthy for my preference.
The worst part was that I was promised an answer in 2-3 days, yet even after sending reminders to them I have not gotten an answers 2 weeks after the interview. Totally ghosted. Not so cool for the company that preach about sustainability and positive impact on the society.
