Answered all questions - apart from 2 no. questions relating to Highways England Goals and Values. Reason being I was not up to date with current HE policies as I previously worked for Highways Agency over 5 years ago. Advice be yourself and above all be honest - even if you do not get all questions right first time - just say do not know, it does not count against you. The interview process is more of an American type psychology profile test.
