The answer was an obvious and logical one, however the question although seemingly relevant to the nature of their business, it wasn't relevant to a person that was potentially coming into a TEAM and COMPANY that should've had these contingencies stablished as part of their operations. I was expecting questions on my experience on leadership, but they asked none, even when this position was a leadership role. In my opinion they lacked interview skills, supposedly they had been looking to fill that position for over 2 years but had not been able to find the right person.
