Tech/Spec Bilingual Agent-Spanish
This position is client facing and spends much time interacting with ZFs Sales and Service teams.
This position also interacts with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), dealer networks (including technicians, shop foremen, and warranty administrators), end-users, and engineering.
This position communicates proficiently, professionally, and technically in both English and Spanish language specified.
This includes technical troubleshooting, warranty adjudication, product support and customer support on medium and heavy-duty truck and trailer systems.
The products supported include but are not limited to pneumatic/hydraulic ABS systems, ADAS products, foundation brakes, air processing systems, vehicle ride control systems, clutch controls, tire pressure monitor systems, and additional systems as assigned.
Experience:
Customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. (Agents) 2 to 3 years in technical problem resolution, warranty awarding, product support and customer support in systems. (Supervisor) 3 to 5 years + experience leading work teams and managing KPIs.
