Job Description
Full time equipment sales position specializing in selling: tractors, compact construction equipment, mowers, etc., into the construction and agricultural markets. Candidate will actively manage and grow a sales territory in Marion county.

Requirements

• Proven sales success in the construction, agricultural, and/or municipal markets.
• Outside Sales experience.
• Comfortable calling on new and existing accounts, developing long term business relationships.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Possess a sense of urgency and timing.
• Daily CRM input and maintenance.
• Exceptional Self Discipline with a competitive drive.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Submit expense and other reports in a timely manner.
• Ability to explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of a wide variety of equipment (as noted above).
• Ability to work as needed (additional hours) during the busy season.

Qualifications

• Prefer 3-5 years sales experience in the compact construction or ag equipment industry.
• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in; business, construction, or agricultural related field.
• Must have excellent computer, communication, and writing skills.
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
• Must be customer service oriented and display a positive attitude at all times.
• Must be professional, efficient, and punctual with a good attendance record.
• Possess a good driving record.
