The R&D Analytical Laboratory Analyst is responsible for supporting innovation and business growth by executing high-quality physicochemical testing, optimizing analytical methods, and managing the logistics of the regional Stability/Aging program. This position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment balancing 70% laboratory hands-on testing with 30% administrative support. A primary challenge of this role is multitasking and priority management: handling large volumes of incoming stability samples, categorizing them by testing conditions, and ensuring highly accurate analysis within strict, standardized timeframes.
Physicochemical Testing & Analysis: Conduct routine physical and chemical testing (e.g., pH measurements, analytical assays, titrations) on raw materials, experimental formulas, and finished stability samples.
Stability Program Logistics: Coordinate the end-to-end day-to-day logistics of the Stability/Aging program, including sample reception, registration, storage condition placement, physical tracking, and control of retained samples.
Method Optimization & Transfer: Support the development, adaptation, and optimization of global analytical methodologies, ensuring smooth technology and method transfers to manufacturing sites and cross-functional partners.
Equipment Calibration & Instrumentation: Perform routine maintenance, preparation of chemical solutions, qualification, and calibration of laboratory equipment to guarantee data reproducibility and accuracy.
Documentation & Data Integrity: Maintain precise, up-to-date, and concise laboratory records and backup files in strict adherence to written analytical procedures, global guidelines, and compendia sources.
Cross-Functional Data Delivery: Provide timely and accurate analytical results and conclusions to Product Development, Manufacturing, and Global Technology Center partners to drive business decision-making.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience handling laboratory instrumentation and managing projects (relevant academic projects and laboratory internships are fully valid).
Languages: Advanced English proficiency (mandatory for interpreting global methodologies, documentation, and reporting to international teams).
Systems & Digital Tools: Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Google Workspace suite.
Soft Skills: Strong communication capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and natural leadership traits to effectively connect with R&D counterparts.
Standards Awareness: Basic understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and standard testing frameworks.
