Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Generate reports on purchasing activities, costs, and trends to support decision-making.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deliveries related to procurement activities.
• Accurately enter and update information in the procurement database and other relevant systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics and operations, to facilitate smooth procurement processes.

Skills

• Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in Purchasing.
• Proficient in English as a second language.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP software (Epicor preferred but not required).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of procurement process and vendor management.

Required:

• High school diploma required.

• Monthly salary: $20,000 to $24,000 MXN (Before taxes)
